3 hour in-home consultation to help settle your baby or toddler at nap time.
Service Description
Is your baby or toddler having trouble settling for naps, catnapping or has an unpredictable routine? A nap time consult could be the best option for you! They not only offer 1:1 support for parents at nap time, but also prepare you with a plan and the confidence to settle your little one at sleep times. In-home consults are a great opportunity for me to meet your family, go through your child's personalised sleep plan in detail, assess their sleep environment, demonstrate and coach you through settling techniques (and observe how your child responds to them) and discuss everything sleep related! Please ensure you book in your consult at a time when you are able to continue with the plan for 2-3 weeks. From the time of your consult, you will be provided with 2 weeks support via phone/text. Includes: 3 hour Consultation in the comfort of your own home Personalised Sleep Plan & handouts Sleep Essentials eBook 2 weeks of daily support via phone/text (Mon-Fri) Daily sleep log analysis 20 min wrap-up phone call at the end of the 2 week support period FREE nap routines guide - 4 months - 4 years 1 Follow-up call to be used within 6 months of your initial consultation Package price includes travel of up to 25km each way from Mont Albert VIC. Travel fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can be postponed once, but must be reschedule within 30 days of payment. - All cancellations will incur a fee. As you can understand, a lot of work is done ahead of your consultation. For this reason, if you choose to cancel your package, 25% of your payment will be retained as a non refundable deposit. If you cancel giving less than 48 hours notice, 50% of your payment will be retained.
