Service Description

Experiencing bedtime battles, curtain calls, and frequent night wakes in the first half of the night? Need some help removing the dummy or want to move away from co-sleeping? This is a great option. Bedtime consults are a great opportunity for me to meet your family, go through your child's personalised sleep plan in detail, assess their sleep environment, demonstrate and coach you through settling techniques (and observe how your child responds to them) and discuss everything sleep related! During your consultation, I encourage you to go and get some rest yourself, or spend some time with your other children, and I can do the settling for you. Please ensure you book in your consult at a time when you know you will be able to continue with the plan for 2-3 weeks. From the time of your consult, you will be provided with 2 weeks support via phone and/or email. Suitable for children ages 4 months to 4 years. Includes 6 hour Consultation in the comfort of your own home Personalised Sleep Plan Detailed handouts on settling techniques, sleep hygiene, nutrition and more! 2 weeks of daily support via phone/text/email Daily sleep log analysis 20 min wrap-up phone call at the end of the 2 week support period My set of nap routines 4 months - 3 years 2 Follow-up Consults via email to be used within 6 months of your initial consultation Package price includes travel of up to 30km each way from Mont Albert VIC. Travel fees may apply beyond this.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings can be postponed once, but must be reschedule within 30 days of payment. - All cancellations will incur a fee. As you can understand, a lot of work is done ahead of your consultation. For this reason, if you choose to cancel your package, 25% of your payment will be retained as a non refundable deposit. If you cancel giving less than 48 hours notice, 50% of your payment will be retained.
