Service Description

Hit a bump in the road and need some help getting your baby or toddler's sleep back on track? Or just need some sleep questions answered? Let's talk it through! These calls are great to discuss single or smaller issues, and doesn't include any written material, handouts or follow up support. Please note: If your goals are teaching your baby or toddler the skills of independent sleep, I would recommend booking in either a phone or in-home support package. Includes: 1 x 45min Phone Consultation 1 x 30min follow up call to be used within 6 weeks of initial consult

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings can be postponed once, but must be reschedule within 30 days of payment. - All cancellations will incur a fee. As you can understand, a lot of work is done ahead of your consultation. For this reason, if you choose to cancel your package, 25% of your payment will be retained as a non refundable deposit. If you cancel giving less than 48 hours notice, 50% of your payment will be retained.
