Service Description
This package is ideal for babies & toddlers 12 months + Is your baby or toddler struggling with a single or smaller issue that doesn't require so much support? Or you simply don't feel you need or have the time for daily check in's? This Limited Phone Support Package could be a great fit for you! We kick off the process with a full analysis of your child's current sleep situation. You'll then be provided with a sleep plan tailor made for you and your child, which we will go through in detail during your phone consult. When you are ready to start implementing the plan, I'll be right there with you, checking in twice a week over a 2 week period (phone/text). Includes: 1 hour Phone Consultation Personalised Sleep Plan & handouts Sleep Essentials eBook 2 check-ins a week over a 2 week support period (Mon-Fri) Sleep log analysis 20 min wrap-up phone call at the end of the support period FREE nap routines guide - 4 months - 4 years
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be postponed but must be reschedule within 60 days of payment. All cancellations will incur a fee: Cancellations giving more than 48 hours notice, 25% of your payment (plus payment processing fee) will be retained as a non refundable deposit. Cancellations giving between 24-48 hours notice, 50% of your payment (plus PPF) will be retained. No refunds given on cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice, or already re-scheduled bookings.
