In-Home Bedtime Sleep Support Package

Service Description

If bedtime has become a nightly battle — with endless rocking, frequent night wakes, feeding to sleep, or little ones ending up in your bed — this package offers hands-on support to help your child settle more easily and sleep more soundly through the night. We’ll spend some time together in your home, around your little one's bedtime, giving you hands-on, step-by-step settling support and a personalised sleep plan so you can feel confident and equipped to help your child get better quality sleep, and more of it. Includes: A 3 hour in-home consultation Personalised sleep plan & handouts Sleep Essentials guide 2 weeks of daily support via phone/text (Mon–Fri) Daily sleep log analysis A wrap-up call at the end of 2 weeks FREE nap routines guide (4 months–4 years) 1 follow-up call (within 6 months) Travel up to 25km from Mont Albert VIC (travel fees may apply beyond this) What to Expect: When you book, you’ll complete a detailed sleep questionnaire so I can fully understand your child’s sleep patterns and needs. I’ll create and provide you with your personalised sleep plan in advance so we can dive straight in during your 3-hour consultation which will commence an hour before bedtime. During the visit, I’ll assess your child’s sleep environment, walk you through your sleep plan in detail and demonstrate and coach you through your preferred settling technique. After your in-home session, I’ll support you for two weeks with daily phone or text check-ins to answer questions, review your sleep log, and keep you feeling confident as you follow the plan. Please note that 4 business days notice is required for this service and is best booked when you’re able to commit to the plan for 2–3 weeks to get the best results.
